1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DirayahAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and individuals who register for an account.
2. Description of Service
DirayahAI is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that allows businesses to upload documents and deploy AI-powered chatbots trained on their content. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@dirayahai.com of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, store, or process content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. All payments are processed by Paddle and subject to their terms. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
6. Free Trial
Business plan subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant DirayahAI a limited licence to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. DirayahAI retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirayahAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the subscription page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users by email of material changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
